Judy & Sophie have been a part of the H&G team for over 10 years. Judy is highly detail-oriented and works diligently to keep the office in order, the books straight and does it all with style, grace and humility. Health, nutrition, spiritual growth, writing, wildlife and hiking are her passions. Through the years she’s had every imaginable pet— cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, even a house rabbit—but her favorite of all is Sophie.

Sophie keeps us all happy with fuzzy hugs and licks.
