“Joe Hertzler has solved a huge drainage problem in our front yard and, in the process, created a beautiful and welcoming courtyard. He has created a handsome brick walkway, incorporating a new retaining wall and drastically regrading the driveway. In the process he installed drains that capture and redirect impressive amounts of stormwater even during downpours. His mark is also on the back of the house, where he built a natural-stone walkway down to our little dock on Queen’s Lake. The stonework is a masterpiece.
