From Ken Thompson:
I’d like to share some important news with you about the Hertzler & George team. As of February 1, I will be leaving my full time position here to pursue a unique opportunity at Camp Peary.
I have treasured my years with H&G and will continue my relationship with the company and all of our clients as a consultant. I greatly value the integrity of service and stewardship of the environment that is core to Hertlzer & George and look forward to remaining a part of the family in this new capacity. Please know that you are still receiving the best care with Joe and our team, and don’t hesitate to ask any questions that you may have regarding your services.
I’d like to share with you some steps we are taking toward a seamless transition.
- We are working diligently to find the best possible successor for my position. The Company has a knack for attracting talented and passionate employees, in part because of the family environment Joe has established here. The Hertzler & George approach is to foster individual responsibility embedded in an environment of teamwork through coordinated effort.
- I have personally made extensive notes in our files about your property. This is an ongoing process for us here at Hertzler & George, but I have added greater detail in recent weeks so my successor and the rest of our team will be as familiar as possible with your property. Juan, whom you have likely seen working close by my side, will continue in his role. He has been a real asset and takes our commitment to service seriously. In addition, Terry Autry and Jon Krigbaum know your property and will serve as needed.
- I am only a phone call away. Our office knows how to reach me if there is a question. I remain a team member and still take my relationship with you and your plants to heart.
Thank you for the trust you have placed in me and in the company these past years. I’ve enjoyed working with you. Please call us at (757) 229-9668 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
HERTZLER & GEORGE
