City of Williamsburg Beautification Award

Hello, Tom and Phillip,
I’m thrilled to let you know that our property has been selected to receive the City of Williamsburg’s Beautification Award in the Individual Category. In its letter to us, the Committee noted “the large scale improvements to this dwelling including the beautiful landscaping with thoughtful plantings, waterfall and use of organic materials enhance not only this property but the Pollard Park neighborhood.”
