This past year I retained Joe Hertzler and his landscape architect, Phillip to design and implement a special project for me. Their waterfall and landscape design has been superb and I am confident that the construction phase will be equally as good. Both of them are experienced and knowledgeable craftsmen’s at their work and I highly recommend them to others.
