This comment came in about one of our full-service commerical ground services accounts: “I came back from vacation and found that our corporate team was coming to our Williamsburg facility for an inspection. I called Joe Hertzler at 9am on a Monday and asked him to cut/trim the grounds because our team would be there by noon. He redirected his staff and had them there by 10:30 am. They finished and our corporate team loved the way the grounds looked…Thanks to Joe and his team…Kevin”
