A series of treatments for warm season turf that will lead to a lush healthy lawn. Warm season lawns are the type that turn brown in the winter. 

Visit #1: Early to mid Spring

Pre-emergent crabgrass control

Post-emergent broadleaf weed control

Biostimulant, including seaweed extract & beneficial bacteria

Iron to improve color and vigor

Visit #2: Spring

Lime applied at the rate indicated by the results of your soil test

Spot-treat broadleaf and grassy weeds

Visit #3: Late Spring to early Summer

Pre-emergent crabgrass control—2nd application for season long control

Post-emergent broadleaf weed control—2nd application Biostimulant & Iron

High efficiency fertilizer application to feed until the end of the season

Organic matter to stimulate soil microorganisms

Visit #4: Mid to late Summer

High efficiency fertilizer application to feed until the end of season

Organic matter

Spot-treat broadleaf and grassy weeds

Visit #5: Late Summer

Fall pre-emergent to control winter annual weeds and annual bluegrass

Post-emergent broadleaf weed control

Compost tea to stimulate soil microorganisms

Visit #6: Mid Fall

Post-emergent broadleaf weed control

Visit #7: Soil Test

A complimentary soil test is performed every third year

Results from this test are used to guide the treatment program for your turf
